Yesterday as I passed thru the bedroom I was just stuck by how much I love this little arrangement on Mark's chest of drawers. I picked up the old ironstone pitcher at an estate sale a few years ago for $1 and I just love, love the patina on it. The picture I found of my grandparents when I was home visiting my folks and that's the frame my Great Grandmother had it in. Finally the bear is my last Stieff bear that I bought in Germany. He is a new one that has been distressed and he's sweet little face is what hooked me.

ReplyDeleteThat is a nice display. Have a good night! Hope your snow melts quick.
ReplyDeleteMy grandkids love the Atlanta snowfall. They had been very disappointed the last couple of years. Love that pitcher. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteMorning Donna, yes, quite the ordeal in Atlanta, watching on the news..... Oh I love P.J days, and sweet little display, love the bear, Keep Cozy, Francine.
ReplyDeleteI hear ya about the snow days but I've had enough! I moved from PA to KY to try and get away from some of that. We don't have snow on the ground here right now but I'm tired of the brutal cold.
ReplyDeleteLove the display, especially the pic of your grandparents.
just wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog the other day. I took a peek at your other blog too - love the embroidery there! stay warm -- we're getting 3 to 5 more inches tomorrow here in Michigan!
ReplyDeleteThat's an adorable grouping. You folks are not use to that weather and strange to see it there. It is probably all melted by now. We have 5 extra inches today and still falling. Sick of the stuff.

ReplyDeleteIt's the same where I live! A cm of snow and everything shuts down! It's pretty funny to see! But we do live in a hilly city, so it can be a bit of a mess.
